CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR NOTICE POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us at Aqua. Our goal is to provide the best quality service for our established and future clientele. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations, not only effect our working day but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding your appointment.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is rescheduling is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice then a full charge of the treatment will be required.
If you forget or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service appointment which must be paid in full before any future bookings.
This policy also applies to online and website bookings and the same cancellation fee of 100% of the total service cost will be applied to your next appointment if we do not receive 48 hours notice.
