CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR NOTICE POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us at Aqua. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you and our cancellation policy is there to ensure that our clients receive the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.
We operate a strict 24 hour notice for cancelled or reschedule appointments for all services.
Failure to notify Aqua of a cancelled or rescheduled appointment without 24 hours notice will result in a 50% Fee of the total cost of the service booked being applied to your next appointment.
This policy also applies to online and website bookings and the same cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be applied to your next appointment if we do not receive 24 hours notice.
If you forget or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the service appointment which must be paid in full before any future bookings.
